The experience was quite enjoyable with a lovely, clean apartment that offered great natural light and views. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the helpfulness of the staff, particularly Jacklyn and Aminath, who made check-in pleasant and ensured my payment details were correct. Although there were some maintenance issues like loud air conditioning and a few fixtures in need of care, the overall atmosphere was welcoming and the location was perfect for exploring the city. It was a solid choice for my staycation.

Spacious and modern accommodation complemented by a fully equipped kitchen made my extended stay enjoyable. The friendly staff went above and beyond, even assisting with a last-minute package hold. However, navigating the parking garage could be tricky and the pool area felt crowded during peak hours.

The kids loved the sunken play area and the lush gardens. We also enjoyed borrowing the electric bikes to explore Philly, which made our family outings super fun. Plus, the staff was quick to provide us with a rollaway bed for our youngest.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options on-site.

great amenities but needs better soundproofing
The outdoor heated pool is a fantastic spot to relax after a long day. The fitness studio was well-equipped, offering a great workout environment. Plus, the staff went above and beyond when they assisted us in switching to an apartment that had a desk.
The walls seemed thin, which affected our overall comfort.

Yo, if you’re into killer eats, Roost East Market is your jam! Check out Maggiano's Little Italy for some bomb pasta or swing by El Vez for a killer taco night. Plus, the rooftop fire pits are a cozy spot to unwind after an epic food crawl! The in-unit laundry was phenomenal for travelers like me.
But hold up, the A/C kicked like a stubborn mule—loud enough to wake the whole block. Also, finding the entrance was tricky. street sweeper saved my day when the sign was hiding! Still, it’s all part of the Philly charm!

We loved biking around and checking out the local gardens and play areas. The staff were super friendly and the location made it easy to grab food nearby. Perfect for a fun getaway, just keep in mind it's not a luxury spot.
Navigating the parking garage was a bit tricky, which caused a little hassle at first.

great access to markets and parks for city exploring
I was thrilled with the fabulous access to local restaurants and parks, and loved being just a short walk away from the iconic Love Park, where I spent relaxing moments enjoying the views. the spacious room offered all the comforts I needed to unwind after a day of city exploration. It's definitely a perfect spot for anyone who likes to walk around and discover the city, and I can’t wait to return on my future visits for work. It's just a shame that there was limited control over the air conditioning, making it a bit uncomfortable at times.
